Frequently asked questions

Do I have to pay to start?

No — Free gives you 500 one-time credits. Paid plans add monthly credits and higher-quality exports; Creator and Studio add seats for your team.

Do credits roll over?

No. Credits reset every month, and yearly plans get the full monthly amount every month.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades apply right away and are prorated. Downgrades apply right away too; the lower price starts at your next renewal, with no refund for the current period.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Every Paddle receipt carries a cancel link, and support can do it for you. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for.

Which currency am I charged in?

US dollars — or Indian rupees in India, at Paddle’s daily rate. Tax is included in most countries (GST in India, VAT in the UK and EU); in the US and Canada, sales tax is added at checkout.

Do you offer on-prem?

Yes, on Enterprise: on-premise or private cloud deployment, with SSO. Book a demo and we'll scope it.
