Social Media with Exemplary AI
The work today

The feed does not care that you already made the video

Every platform wants a different shape, a different length and a different caption. That is where the day goes.

Four platforms, four re-cuts

The same moment has to be re-framed vertical, re-timed, re-captioned and re-titled before it can be posted anywhere.

Finding the moment takes longer than cutting it

Somewhere in ninety minutes there are six good thirty-second clips. Scrubbing for them is the actual job.

Silent autoplay punishes uncaptioned video

Most of the feed watches with the sound off, so a clip without captions is a clip nobody finishes.

How it works

How a post gets made

Long recording in the morning, a week of posts by the afternoon.

  1. Upload

    Drop in the long video

A stream, a podcast, an interview — anything with someone talking in it.

  2. Find

    Let it surface the moments

Exemplary reads the transcript and proposes the segments that stand on their own, so you start from a shortlist rather than a scrub bar.

  3. Frame

    Reframe for the platform

Vertical for Shorts and Reels, square for the feed, with the speaker kept centred as they move.

  4. Caption

    Burn in animated captions

Word-level timing, your fonts and colours, ready for a feed that plays on mute.

  5. Publish

    Take the copy with it

Hashtags, titles and descriptions are generated from the same transcript, so the post ships complete.

Why it holds up

Why it holds up at volume

Posting daily breaks most workflows. These are the parts that do not.

01 / 03

The shortlist is the time saved

Choosing what to post is a judgement call; finding the candidates is not. Only the second one gets automated.

02 / 03

Captions are not an afterthought

They come from the real transcript, so names and product terms are right rather than approximately right.

03 / 03

One clip, several languages

Translate the subtitle track and the same cut serves another audience without re-shooting anything.

Questions

Before you start

How does it decide which moments to clip?
It reads the transcript for segments that make sense without the surrounding context — a complete point, a question and its answer, a strong opening line. You get a shortlist and pick from it.
Will the speaker stay in frame when I go vertical?
Yes. Reframing tracks the active speaker rather than cropping the centre of the original, so a two-person conversation still works at 9:16.
Can I post the same clip in another language?
Translate the subtitle track and export again. The cut and the timing are unchanged.

One upload. Every format you need.

Drop in a recording and work from the transcript — clips, captions, chapters, show notes and posts all come from the same file.
